These terms apply to https://staypagy.com ("Staypagy", "we"). By using Staypagy you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The service
Staypagy provides listing pages for vacation rentals: photos, details, prices, and optional contact info. We are a tool only — not a booking site, agent, or property manager. We do not handle payments or disputes between guests and hosts.
The product is in pre-launch; features may change. It is free for now. We may charge later with reasonable notice; you may delete your account before new fees apply.
Hosts
If you create an account you must be 18+, allowed to list the property, and follow all laws that apply to you (including Portuguese short-term rental rules where relevant).
You are responsible for:
- Truthful listings and content you upload
- Guest communication and any rental agreement
- Contact details you publish
- Taxes, licences, and safety for your property
Do not post illegal, misleading, or infringing content.
You keep ownership of your content. You give Staypagy permission to host and display it so the service works.
Waitlist
Joining the waitlist means we may email you about Staypagy. Unsubscribe anytime: privacy@staypagy.com.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". We try to keep it running safely but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We are not liable for host listings, guest interactions, or off-site communication. Our total liability for any claim is limited to €100 (or what you paid us in the prior 12 months, if higher). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Accounts
You may request account deletion at privacy@staypagy.com. We may suspend access if you break these terms or misuse the service.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. Portuguese law applies. Disputes: contact us first; Portuguese courts apply where the law allows.
