Staypagy ("we", "us") runs https://staypagy.com. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the GDPR and Portuguese law.

What Staypagy does
Staypagy lets property owners publish vacation-rental listing pages. Visitors contact owners directly (phone, WhatsApp, email on the listing). Staypagy does not take bookings or pass messages between guests and owners.
Data we collect

We do not sell personal data. We do not use ad or analytics trackers.
Sharing
We use trusted providers only to host the app, store photos, and send transactional email (mainly in the EU). Public listing contact details are chosen by the Host and visible to visitors.
Retention
- Waitlist email — until you ask us to delete it
- Account and listings — while the account is active, then deleted within a reasonable time
- Security logs — about 90 days
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict your data, or object where we rely on legitimate interest. Email privacy@staypagy.com. We aim to reply within 30 days.
You may complain to the CNPD: cnpd.pt
